This training plan is great and user friendly. Split into daily workouts with tips and mental ques to keep me on track for the most GAINS. With that being said, you best be assured that my rest days were marked on the calendar!

This has been an absolutely amazing program thus far. Very well thought out workouts that do challenge you, but also have achieved incredible results in my life. Their no nonsense nature has been a real blessing, and has allowed me to train while still working full time. I would highly recommend the program as well as their wealth of info on YouTube. That stuff has helped me immensely. My only request is that the programs begin to target the RPA 2.0 in the near future. Would 100% purchase again.
