Easy to follow!

Starting today on my 2nd go at this program finished the first round last weekend and I gotta say, it was great! I wasn’t running consistently leading into the program but I brought my baseline Mile from 8:30 to a 6:40. And my ACFT 2mile from 19 to 16:41. I followed a powerlifting program alongside this program and neither negatively impacted the other. Highly recommend.

I'll say it from the mountaintops: This plan Rocks!

This plan is something I took on as it was the shortest program, it also tackled a huge part of Military fitness. Following this plan took my mile time down from 7:30 to 6:00,but it did more than that I enjoy running after this program and it has made me much more disciplined in my training so thank you Gritty for this amazing program!

So far I shaved off five minutes from my one mile run time. Program also shoved me out of my comfort zone and I know I can now keep running or rucking when my mind is screaming at me to quit or slow down. Thanks Gritty.

Put In the Work and Learn from It.

I have always wanted to join the military, but as a big guy I never thought that I could run fast. However, when as an older teenager, I decided to change and get serious. I ran off and on ever since then, getting injured a little here and improving a little there, but I could never confidently run more than 3.75 miles at a time, much less a mile faster than 7 minutes and 30 seconds. When I found this program, I did my best to embrace every bit of it. It was hard and it was painful, but whoa did it teach me a lot about running. In order to meet my goals, I had to put in the work and---perhaps more importantly---pay attention to everything from pacing to technique. I'm only half way through, but my mile-time has improved to 5 minutes and 53 seconds and 6 miles is now completely feasible. If you want to run faster and longer, get this program. Do the work and then learn from it too. Thanks, Gritty Soldier!
