This 8-week rucking training program is the most comprehensive ruck marching fitness program available to date. You don't have to be a Soldier, EVERYONE can benefit from this training. Besides the training plan itself, you'll get ruck/backpack wear and fit instruction, proper sustainment advice, warm-ups, cool-downs, recovery sessions and bodyweight workouts... its all here!
This training program's workouts are specifically designed to target the specific muscle groups and energy systems required to enhance the ability to move under load and increase overall cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Each rucking session is strategically placed to ensure proper training variance is implemented, allowing for continuous progression, with bodyweight strength-training sessions to increase strength in critical areas. By the end of your 8-weeks of training, you will "EMBRACE THE RUCK."
