    The suck has been successfully embraced.

    This shirt is of excellent quality and exemplifies every roadmarch I did in the Army Infantry and continue to do after being out of the service for 20 years. You can take the man out of the Infantry, but you can not take the Infantry out of the man.... Thank you Gritty for the great merch and motivation.

    EMBRACE THE RUCK

    This 8-week rucking training program is the most comprehensive ruck marching fitness program available to date. You don't have to be a Soldier, EVERYONE can benefit from this training. Besides the training plan itself, you'll get ruck/backpack wear and fit instruction, proper sustainment advice, warm-ups, cool-downs, recovery sessions and bodyweight workouts... its all here!

    This training program's workouts are specifically designed to target the specific muscle groups and energy systems required to enhance the ability to move under load and increase overall cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

    Each rucking session is strategically placed to ensure proper training variance is implemented, allowing for continuous progression, with bodyweight strength-training sessions to increase strength in critical areas. By the end of your 8-weeks of training, you will "EMBRACE THE RUCK."
