This is a 60-day physical training program specifically designed to prepare you for the physical demands of earning the EIB, ESB, or EFMB, some of the most challenging badges the U.S. Army has to offer.
This program is ideal for Soldiers who want to significantly improve their strength, endurance, core stability, ruck-marching ability, and overall operational fitness, with focus being to successfully complete the EPFA and the 12-mile ruck march.
Each week consists of 6 days of structured training, including strength, cardio, functional fitness, and recovery-focused mobility work. One rest or active recovery day is built in to allow for proper recovery and avoid overtraining. The workload is progressively designed to build peak physical readiness while enhancing your ability to perform under test conditions.
