This 8-week ACFT training program has been specially designed to increase the military athlete's overall score on the Official (since 23 March 2022) Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT).

The training program's workouts are specifically designed to target the specific muscle groups and energy systems required to successfully conduct each event of the test, and crush them.

This program is completely recyclable, meaning it can be followed more than once for continuous progression, if needed. You WILL NOT find a more complete and comprehensive fitness program to prepare for the ACFT.

TRAINING highlights

+ Every workout is oriented to improving strength/skill for each ACFT event.

+ 45-60min training sessions

+ 5x training days a week

+ VO2 MAX improvement

+ Hybrid fitness heavy (strength, endurance, speed)

+ Running improvement sessions utilizing a run-calculation system for individualized pacing

+ Assembled and tested by Active Duty Soldiers

Required Equipment

**YOU WILL FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED AT MOST (IF NOT ALL) US ARMY/MILITARY GYMS

+ Barbell w/ 345 weight (Hex or Trap bar is recommended also)

+ 40lb Kettlebells or Dumbbells

+ Pull-up bar

+ Drag-Sled or Straps

+ Other basic gym equipment

It stays away from a traditional slip, it’s versatile and I can see improvements
I would like if for some workouts there were videos for certain exercises, other than that it’s great.

Great Program

I am a 54-year-old national guardsman who has been stuck with a high score of 571 on the new ACFT. Was looking for something to help get me over the hump, and I think I found it. I am currently 3 weeks in and am really enjoying this program. It is easy to follow and has already given me results. Have an ACFT in March and am excited to see how much I will progress by then.

Challenging!

I love this program so far, I am in week 3. It is a realistic program that doesn’t expect you to perform 2 a days to improve. There is adequate test programmed. The back to back deadlifting days are a challenge.
