A Challenge

Been a fan of Gritty Soldier Fitness for a while now. Going to IBOLC in September, and I found this program to be extremely helpful for getting my ACFT score up. Score went up by about 20 points after just six weeks of following the program. I wish I had purchased this program earlier in my career. I expect nothing but even greater programs/updates in the future.

Love this product!

I am 17 years old and am just barely joining the army. I'm only on month 3 and my score has already gone from 450 to 550! The Gritty Soldier for helping us little guys!

Well Designed Program

Great program to add on to your units pt program. (AM - Unit Pt / PM - ACFT Program). So far I have only done a few weeks of the program I have seen significant improvement (points wise) on the ACFT. I took a two ACFT’s 4 weeks apart, one prior to starting the program and one 4 weeks in. Initial test score was 504, second test score is 545. I will take a last test in four more weeks just to see the “final” results of the program. However, I just wanted to leave a review on the progress. You will get out of the program the work you give in. I’m hoping to reach 580’s at the end of this program. Overall, this program is well thought out.

Great Program

Great variety workouts. Focused on ACFT prep. You can work at your ability level and the rest days are timed well. This will definitely help. I was doing powerlifting and running before. This program is awesome and works on all your weak points.

Improvements all around

I'm currently in week 7 of the program and just took an ACFT. I improved on my numbers overall on 5 out the 6 events. I would say the SPT is still my worst event and needs work. I did not take a rest day and saw improvements all around. This program is definitely worth it. I've not only seen improvements on the ACFT events but in my fitness overall, which is my overall strength and aerobic conditioning. Stick to the program and stay within your own capabilities. You will see improvement in your overall ACFT score for sure. Cannot wait to finish strong and cycle through it again.
