Great program! This is a great way to program in all of the necessary exercises and training the 2 mile if you have a busy schedule and whatnot. I had an idea of what exercises I needed to do to improve certain events, but programing it out like this is perfect.
You will definitely see improvement! The highest I have scored on my acft prior to this was 548 and I’m sure with this training program I will see a increase in my score. The program is pretty intense and I feel like it push me and by the end up every workout I’m exhausted I’m 100% sure I will see results by the time I take my next ACFT. Please do not hesitate to by this program you get more then what you pay for!
I enjoy this program. I am certainly getting stronger. I have definitely been doing things outside of the program, which who knows if it is helping or hurting. I have added Rick marches, movements like the clean and press.
The amsap are intense and are my favorite part. It feels like they help cardio the most!
This plan is solid. Although most commercial gyms don't have much of the equipment/space needed to complete the drag and med ball circuits, I made due with what I had and still improved my score from 505-545. Going to try and do another program because this program was crazy helpful.
Just finished Week 1. My unit does not have consistent PT schedules. This has been awesome.
