I don’t really know how to write reviews so ima write from my experience, first off I’d like to say I love how simple the program is, it tells you everything you need to do, only thing you have to do is to ‘Just Do It’. One of the many reasons people don’t achieve their workout goals is because they don’t know what to do or where to begin. This program solves that. One of the major changes I’ve notice from only doing 4 weeks of the ‘Bodyweight Warrior’ aside from outstanding physical results such as strength, muscle & cardio endurance along with flexibility is, on a spiritual level it gives you a purpose. Which is what I believe everyone needs. The purpose goes much deeper than just fitness, I noticed the discipline translate to all other areas of my life with my Faith, Family, Friends, Fitness & Finances. The biggest takeaway from this program I’ve found is, it’s a great tool to get you to level up, If you allow yourself to be challenged. Exceed the standard ⚔️
The Gritty Soldiers YouTube channel gives out so much great information and entertainment for free I felt obliged to purchase something. This and any other workout offered by GS is simple to follow when you don’t want to think to hard about what to do everyday and want progressive results.
This is my first exercise program, next is 13 week ranger program. I enjoy the structure and the variety of this one. I had knee surgery last year and was a little nervous on how it would hold up. So far I feel better than I have in years! Keep up the great work! Thx
Great plan. I downloaded it to get into bodyweight for military prep for the Navy. I’ve been a avid lifter because of Varsity Football and neglected cals and running. So far this has gotten my endurance up! Running many miles a week and doing high numbers with my cals. I also took a PST and got some high cal numbers! Thanks Gritty!
I've been doing this program on and off now for three weeks. So far it has been a great program especially with me traveling a lot this time of year. The only item I wish it did have was alternate movements/modifications to exercises. Overall o really enjoy this program.
